Underpayment

When exchanges deduct withdrawal fees

Customers frequently send from an exchange that deducts its fee, so less arrives than expected. You set the policy.

Strict

The invoice is not complete until the full amount arrives.

Smart tolerance

Accepts a shortfall up to the lower of $2 or 5% of the invoice.

Custom fixed

You set an absolute allowance within the platform cap.

Accept actual

Settles on what actually arrived — only when you explicitly enable it.

On a shortfall the status becomes Partially paid, the exact remainder is shown, and monitoring continues on the same address. A second transfer is added to the first, never replacing it.
